A playoff will determine the champion if more than one player is tied for the lead after 72 holes of golf at the 2024 KPMG Women's PGA Championship.

The playoff format at Sahalee is a sudden-death playoff which will start on the par-5 18th hole.
Should any players remain tied after that hole, a rotation of holes 18, 14, and 17 will be played until a champion is determined.
