Network Broadcast
NBC has been a major contributor to the growth of the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship. Since the inaugural event in 2015, broadcasts on NBC, Golf Channel and Peacock have delivered a 73% increase in total hours of live TV and streaming coverage. This increase has highlighted some of the game’s top stars and given golf fans more opportunity to watch the best in the world compete for one of the game’s top prizes.
KPMG Women’s Leadership Summit
Hosted each year during the week of the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship, the KPMG Women’s Leadership Summit gathers women leaders aspiring to reach the C-suite for a day high-impact leadership development content and networking opportunities, featuring some of the top voices in business, sports and media. Since the inaugural event in 2015, the Summit has hosted over 2700 rising leaders. 69% of Summit attendees have been promoted, including 38% to the C-suite.
Each year, the Summit recognizes an industry visionary who has exemplified a personal commitment to the community to empower future generations of women with the KPMG Inspire Greatness Award. Past award recipients include: Dr. Condoleezza Rice, Annika Sorenstam, Ginni Rometty, Admiral Michelle Howard, Mia Hamm, Robin Roberts, Patty Jenkins, Indra Nooyi and Allyson Felix.
KPMG Future Leaders Program
The KPMG Future Leaders Program is a charitable initiative designed to increase the diversity pipeline of women in business and STEM fields. Funded by the proceeds from the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship and KPMG Women’s Leadership Summit, the KPMG Future Leaders Program annually awards 22 deserving female high school seniors the opportunity to enhance their personal growth throughout their college experience with annual scholarships, ongoing development and support, mentorship and an introduction to golf. Since the program's inception in 2016, nearly $6.2 million in scholarships have been awarded to 188 students.
