Sahalee Country Club was built for major championship golf.
Host of the 1998 PGA Championship and 2016 KPMG Women's PGA Championship, Sahalee will host the 2024 KPMG Women's PGA Championship June 17-23.
A 19-year old Brooke Henderson won her first Major Championship at Sahalee the last time the esteemed venue hosted the KPMG Women's PGA Championship.
Just a reminder of what we all have to look forward to. 😍

First envisioned in 1965, the endeavor began to take a shape a year later when a pair of groups merged to form Par Golf, Inc., and purchased land that was to become Sahalee on the Sammamish Plateau east of Redmond, Washington.
The character of Sahalee was established by nationally-recognized architect Ted Robinson with the intent of hosting the Major Championship golf. In 1996, Rees Jones oversaw the redesign and renovation of the bunkers and many key factors of the North and South courses in anticipation of the 1998 PGA Championship won by Vijay Singh.
With the success of the 1998 PGA Championship & overwhelming support from the community and state, Sahalee launched a new chapter in its increasingly rich golf tradition. The venue also hosted the NEC World Golf Championship in 2002 and USGA Senior Open in 2010 before the KPMG Women's PGA Championship in ’16.
The founders of Sahalee — meaning "High Heavenly Ground" — set out to create a championship-caliber course. And once again, the best players in the world will showcase their skills and embrace the challenge next week.
